摘要：苏力教授的《窦娥的悲剧——传统司法中的证据问题》一文存在着两处明显的硬伤：一是小学音乐教育论文不明白版本变迁，错把后人改动的剧本当作关汉卿所作，造成了失实；二是小学音乐教育论文由于不能正确把握元杂剧的艺术特质，对关目情节进行了过度的文本细读，以至于过分泥实，混淆了文学作品与史料的界线。
